I wanted to write to you expressing how remarkable your office and staff are, especially since we have been forced, because of insurance reasons, to choose another pediatrician, and I certainly have gained a new perspective. The difference between you and your staff and our new doctor and his office is truly astounding.
I know that you are probably aware of your strengths as a doctor, but I really wanted to turn our very negative experience with a less than caring staff at a sub-par doctor's office into a positive one by recognizing and expressing how great your staff is, and how wonderfully well run West Plano Pediatrics is. The people who answer the phone are polite and friendly (a big difference from our new office), and we never waited to see you, (we waited more than an hour at our new office), your other staff has always been courteous, and I cannot tell you how many times I have been amazed at the nurses who call back to address medical problems.
Your nurses are great: helpful, patient, knowledgeable and, of course, appreciated. They reflect your practice amazingly well. I expecially wanted to recognize Sharon, who is wonderful. When I called several months ago with both boys going through a nasty stomach flu, she gave effective treatment solutions, but she alo called me back at the end of the day to see how we were doing. I was very moved and thankful for her caring. Thank you all for you, and plese pass on my sentiments to your nurses and other personnel. They, and you make lives better.
