October 7, 2026, 9:00 AM to 4:15 PM
October 14, 2026, 9:00 AM to 4:15 PM
Who can get vaccinated:
All children 6 months and older.
Scheduling your appointment*:
To ensure smooth flow and availability for all, we kindly ask that you request an appointment through MyChart. Please include your preferred date and time listed above that you would like your appointment. You may also call our office at 972-608-0774 to schedule an appointment.
*If your child has an upcoming well child check, you may request the flu vaccine at that appointment.
Please complete the MyChart precheck-in prior to your scheduled visit.
